A Quickie and Some Crosstraining
My legs felt heavy today. Maybe from the long run yesterday. I just ran to the interstate and back (3 miles). Then hopped on the elliptical trainer for 45 minutes. I might try to squeeze in another run this evening.
*I did get in another 2.5 mile run. Short, but I ran really hard.
I have days like that and I refer to them as my bad days, the only bright side to them is I know the next day will be better. Keep it up your doing great.

you ran twice? 3 miles and then 2.5 later?
