Met Hans, Chris, John and Adrienne at the park.  I ran the first 3 with Hans and John, then took random trails back to the car.  Not sure, but when figured on time, it was around 6.  Some wheezing and coughing, but nothing too terrible.  I'm going back for more in the a.m.

Watching the Rockets, so that's all I have to say right now.
